;D Horseracing always a riddle. Saw Nymphea the 3rd german horse really late, so 3 winning bets on place and a small profit at the end. Can"t remember a british race card with 3 german horses who finished 1-2. 4 weeks til german derby. Still a riddle but I have a dark favourite. ;)

tv races on Ch4

SANDOWN 1:50 - Salutation @14/1 could run well based on his Newmarket & Notty form..

YORK 2:05 - can Crackentorp win this race for the third time? others that i think have a shout at rather juicy odds are Rio"s Rosanna,Dancing Primo,Sir Boss,Nanton and Party Line...

SANDOWN 2:20 - Danchai should be the favourite imho, Ashaadd is way to short. Others that caught my eye form/odds wise were Gaul Wood & Basseterre..

YORK 2:40 - Maven,Fort Belvedere and Clayton can give Westwiththenight a run for her money..

SANDOWN 2:55 - Sandreamer has decent"ish each way possibility"s. Now that Smoothtalkinrascal has withdrawn Morawij is a worthy favourite..

YORK 3:15 - Ladys First,Questioning & Stipulate are the suggestions :)

MUSSELBURGH 3:35 - as per above post i quite fancy the chances of Face The Problem. the 20"s have gone now and is currently trading at 14"s.. [anything below 12"s is poor value]

YORK 3:50 - looks like its between Heaven"s Guest,Moviesta,Rivellino,Hairy Rocket & Odooj

Two bets, more if one of these wins

2.30 Elusive Kate
3.05 Swiss Spirit

No logic behind it just like Buick/Gosden

King"s Stand 3.05 Ascot 18/6/2013
Shamexpress - 10/1 1point e/w bog

The fact that he’s a good Flemington straight horse should transfer well to Ascot, every Ascot winner the Aussies have produced over here has been an outstanding Flemington straight horse, so fingers crossed that bodes well. Shea Shea is the obvious danger but it wasn’t a great Al Qouz that he won in Dubai, ok european sprint form is very average and Shamexpress will be the best sprinter Shea Shea has met up to now imho. Shea Shea will most likely make the running and whoever beats him will have to run him down just like the way Shamexpress nailed Moment of Change in the Newmarket at Flemington lto :)
Craig Newitt is another positive having won this race on Miss Andretti six years ago, Shamexpress is not up there with the absolute best sprinters Austraila have had in the past, but if produces anywhere near his Flemington Newmarket form/win he will be good enough to win the King"s Stand tomorrow.

Talking of Aussie sprinters have a punt on Sea Siren Saturday in the Diamond Jubilee Stakes, if you can get 10/1 or bigger its a decent bet imho.

both your Gosden hotpots have chances imho Wayne, maybe Elusive Kate can get a soft lead and if Buick doesn"t over do it he could get first run and catch Animal Kingdom out and maybe he"ll get caught flat footed like he did in the Breeders Cup Mile and the Gulfstream Handicap, i"ll have my fingers crossed for you fella :)

ASCOT 18/6/2013
2:30 - Animal Kingdom or Elusive Kate should win it, if the first time cheekpieces work the oracle on Gabrial and keep him in a straight line he might [big might] cause a upset and at the least have decent place prospects at a big price.

3:05 - should be between Shea Shea,Shamexpress,Spirit Quartz,Kingsgate Native,Swiss Spirit and Reckless Abandon..

3:45 - Dawn Approach or Magician, Can there be an upset? hmmm Toronado but at 4/1 ish not the greatest bet in the world and George Vancouver is again being persevered with by A"o"B, BIG if, but he might be the possible shock winner.

4:25 - Thunder Strike,Stubbs,Sir John Hawkins,War Command,Mawfoor & Championship are on my likely winners short list.
fingers crossed the field stays at 16 runners - Thunder Strike - 10/1 1point e/w bog

5:00 - Big Easy,Homeric,Midnight Oil & Well Sharp make my short list - 1point win bog on - Big Easy @ 9/1 & 1point win Homeric @ 12/1

5:35 - Anticipated,Ben Hall,Ogermeister,Steventon Star,Fountain Of Youth & Sleeper King in a tricky race which i"ll just watch.

19/6/2013 Ascot

2:30 - Parliament Square 2point ew @ 25/1 bog

3:05 - Sarkiyla 1point win @ 7/1 bog

3:45 - Al Kazeem,The Fugue,Maxios & Camelot to fight it out. Seems priced up about right so not one for me to get involved.

4:25 - Es Que Love 1point ew @ 50/1 bog
Prince Of Johanne 1point win @ 12/1 bog

yep she has possibility"s Achim, its a tricky handicap, my short list was -

Mango Diva
Woodland Aria
Annecdote
Hint Of A Tint
Fleeting Smile
Zurigha
Bracing Breeze
Senafe

thats in order of preference, its a tricky handicap with quite a few with scope to improve especially the 3rd 4th and 5th on my list as far as i could work out, i priced it up pretty much as the market so i couldn"t find an angle...

i"ll cheer your horse on Achim, good luck fella...

Was a try. Senafe 34/1 long time in front but well beaten and far away from winning horses at the end.
