good luck Wayne, today although tricky mainly because of the ground question it does make it a good day to punt. plenty of variables equals punters paradise imho :)
the last thing any punter needs is predictable racing, we don"t want it to easy for the layers to price up the racing :o

so a big thank you to Seamus COC at Goodwood, your going descriptions are legendary :)  last year good going before the first, good to firm straight after the race finished [on the fast side of GtF] #goingstick?????

Good luck today Wayne, there is some very competitive racing today and the layers will be hoping to get a few favourites beat today. The Nassau in particular looks very tight, John Gosden races three today hoping to extend his recent good record in this race. All three have chances, Star Of Seville on her Musidora and Prix Diane is the obvious. The other two have good squeaks, Jazzi Top will improve for the drop back and with Buick riding at 16/1 makes each way appeal. Bright Approach has only had three starts in her interrupted career, on debut at Newbury she made good headway two from home before showing a smart turn of foot to lead inside the final furlong and win eased down by 1.5 lengths from Be My Gal. The runner-up went on to score in Listed and Group3 company, and the fourth home Marsh Daisy went on to win twice, the Height of Fashion Stakes included. Talmada came 3rd and has never really fulfilled her ability although she has bumped into the odd good one :) Covert Love at Newcastle being the latest example. At 50/1 and Hughes booked, Bright Approach this once 5/1 shot for the Ribblesdale wouldn"t be the worst each way punt. Back to Covert Love and the tie in with Talmada gives O"Briens Wedding Vow a half decent shout at 10/1.
I haven"t put them up in the Fred but 3 decent each way shouts imho - Bright Approach @50/1  Jazzi Top @16/1 and Wedding Vow @10/1.

good luck all..
