Well poker last night was fun, i managed to pull back my aggressive game, play some good solid poker with a bit of fun mixed in occassionally.

Hit 5 sets in the night and STILL went out in 5th lol

Hand that did for me, folded to me on the button, with the stockton rock in sb and lucy amos in bb, neither of which had shown a desire to get in volved with previous raises by myself in the same situation (infact Lucy had folded 66 to a raise from me the orbit before!)

Anyway, i pop my raise in with 10 5, Rock folds (shock) and lucy calls.

Flop 10 J 5. She bets, i raise, she goes all in i call she flips over 55, which leaves me on 550 with the blinds at 500/1000

GG!

Overall felt much better about my game though, felt far more in control of the table and had alot of fun still, could be onto something here!

853/1500 in $66KO, 720th is min cash, jsut lost a chunk with a hand that i posted on the Poker acadamy bit, and then another 5k the hand after with AK v KJ AIPF which mr villain manages to hit runner runner straight with!

Also treading water in the $440k g-tee double deuce, not had anything to get going with!

Go get "em Tiger.

Congrats on the new job. Just back from Bolton. Jack and I went quite deep, 29th for him and 13th for me (£100). Good weekend, missed the boys from Stockton though!!!

Mind you there were some very similar funny accents there as well. Newcastle, Hetton etc...couldn"t understand a word they said, so it felt like you were close by!!!!!

Assume that you will be going to Vegas a day early as usual to suss out the facilities????

Ended up with a few fairly sick beats and cashing for $90, bit disappointing but hey ho!!

Yeah, would have liked to be down there, cant believe you let one of the geordie scumbags come 2nd tho!

Well done, was railing all the APAT regulars on the updates, it was a good showing by a few of you by the sounds of things.

I reckon me going to Vegas a day early would possibly be the worst idea ever, bye bye money!

Looking forward to season 5 now, i have a new strategy to try for my next APAT, sober poker. Christ.
