First big game of the season tonight. Middlesbrough v The Leeds dirty scumbags.

If we lose this i will be distraught. Utterly gutted. Been a while since we have played them, the rivalry is definately still there!

Also got the cricket club presentation tonight, i wont be winning any awards as i only really played well in the last 4 games of the season... 31-0-145-7 in total, which is not at all bad for a leg spinner! Looking forward to january so we can get back in  nets and get some proper practice ready for the new season.

Well, 30 mins in, 1-0 down and looking god awful.

No midfield, no desire to pressure the opponents, no options going forward. Scott McDonald is rubbish, Kris Boyd is fat. Both true stories.

And to make matters worse you"re going to take a hammering from Norwich next weekend.
   You"re right about Leeds though.

Are you hyper aggressive, playing 1-1-8 formations, attempting to bluff and confuse the opposition by playing the likes of Jason Lee & Carlton Palmer upfront in must win encounters while slow playing Villa & Messi on the bench?

I would play a 4-1-3-2 formation, encouraging short passing football as it happens.

Poker last night went well, came 2nd, played tight early on then gradually stepped it up as the night went on, few bluffs thrown in for good measure and it was most enjoyable.

Heads up lasted 1 hand, my 55 v A8o, A on the flop and that was heads up done. 30 notes for the nights work.

1 month 1 week til Coventry, cant wait! Me and The Stockton Rock have our appartment booked, is gonna be awesome to see everyone again!

Well, 1 month to Coventry, and i really cant wait.

Got the time off work confirmed, teh Stockton Rock has booked us an appartment thingy by all accounts, event is registered for. Happy days!

The Stockton Massive"s ranks have been further swelled, there is looking to be Chairman TC, Stuart Ward, Stockton Rock, Mark Wright (final tabled in scotland last sesason) gary Motson (watch this lad, probably the luckiest player ever, you are all going to hate him :|) Dave "Pokerpops" Amos, Lucy Amos, David "Fiddy" McGowan (makes The Stockton Rock look like Gus Hansen) and possibly Dave Carey.

Of that lot, Motson, both the Amos", Fiddy and Carey could be making their APAT debuts, i know they are all gonna love it!

In the meantime, tomorrow night me and Matthew are off to Glasgow tomorrow to watch Stone Sour and Avenged Sevenfold at a gig. 6 hour round trip, for a 3 hour gig, when i have work at 9am on wednesday. Well worth it though!!

No blogging for a while!!

Been working loads to be honest, its a right bugger, run up to christmas has started too, so its only gonna get worse!

The gig on tuesday was epic, 2 great bands on top of their game, made all the driving well worth it. Would recommend them both to anyone.

Poker tonight, should be good craic. Apparently there is danger of Phil TC showing up too, which is an utter rarity these days!!

Will do a more in depth blog tomorrow.

Hope your all well!

poker didnt go well thursday. ran my AK soooooted into someone who got married to 9 5 suited after my PFR. Didnt go well when he hit his flush on the river.

Shall be playing the online league tonight, try and get stockton some points. We struggle mainly because we only get about 4 people playing a week, which really isnt good enough. But, we shall persevere and see what happens tonight

Hopefully i get Gerfish at my table tonight :)

in other news, i am VERY hungover.
