We are very pleased to announce, that thanks to APAT sponsors Betfair Poker, all 57 players who made Day Two are to be entered into a freeroll on Betfair on September the 6th.

The winner of that freeroll will play WSOP-E Event 3 in London in September, a £1000+£75 buy-in event.

Thank you once more to Betfair Poker for their support of APAT and their players.

Good luck to Richard Stevenson, Gerard Smyth Jr, Jeldon Fernandes, Phil Tompkinson, Gerard Smyth Sr, Stephen Roderick, Chris Filus, Don Roberts & Gordon Mcarthur for day 2 tomorrow.

Gotta say it"d be brilliant to see Senior win one of these.

Big thanks to Betfair for the added value during the whole of the season and particularly the WSOPE freeroll.

Best of luck to all today, especially, the Smyths, Jeldon Fernandes, Phil Tompkinson,Mark Wilding, Maggie Holt & me.

Many thanks to All the Apat people who have worked so hard over the last five days. I just can"t wait for today"s instalment of Tighty meets Emmerdale.

One final thing, will the alternates be added to the normal 10% to make extra places,as is normally the case, or will they be included in the total prize pool, only this will make a big difference to a lot of strategies. if anyone knows please post.

according to what was posted about the prize pool in the player brief it said that any alternate adds an extra place added to be paid 100 pound. therefore 11 alternates - so position 41- 51 get 100 pound each.
good luck with the strategising ;D
