Been happening to me ever since I switched over. Switched no hassle. Deposited and tested out the new software...no hassle. Logged out to cook dinner...kids found hassle there, but that"s another tale. Tried to log back in after dinner...jumbo hassle. Not been able to get on since. Sigh.
Was just on the phone with them and got the same reply Leigh had in his email. Tried the few times while on the phone with them and suddenly I was blocked due to more than 6 attempts at logging in. Obviously they unlocked it straight away, but just be aware - try more than 6 times and you"ll need to phone them to remove the block you"ll get on your account.
