Great North 1/2 marathon in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support
« on: September 13, 2010, 17:54:51 PM »
Not sure if this is the right place to post this.. but as some of you know I"ll be attempting to run the Great North Run this Sunday.

It"s my 7th and probably last and most definitely least prepared for half marathon  :-[

I"m running for Macmillan Cancer Support which is close to my heart for numerous reasons.

If you have a spare pound or two it would be much appreciated if you could sponsor me here.. I"ve already hit my target so anything now is a bonus..

... and yes.. I will be running it as Mr Potato Head ::)

Thanks

Ger, Mary, Rob.. thank you so much.

I"m number 40187 which I"m guessing is going to be fairly near the back, good excuse not to win it this year anyway, let some of "elite" runners have a chance  ;D

Pictures.. will do my best. Thanks for the support.. going to need it  :-\
