I"m not organising the shuttles mate, I just point you in the direction of the
link to make your own bookings.
It"s a pretty easy process (although I"d use internet Explorer rather than any other browser). You plug in your flight details and it knows your arrival and departure times and then you select your hotel from a list.
Once you get the confirmation, make sure you print the vouchers as you"ll have to sign them and take them with you (it says). My guess is that there is a desk at the airport where we rock up, they sort us into appropriate groups and load us up when they have enough.
