gutted 
lost two big hands and went all in pre flop against team mate and another caller.I had chance to knock a few out but didnt and folded as i knew who my team mates were. Is it everyman for themselves or a team game?

It"s a team game obviously but should be played as if it were every man for himself. I think most teams try to avoid confrontations with team mates though unless they have a massive hand.
I try to make sure that we know who"s in our team, then you can make the decisions as you see fit.
