European amateurs-coventry
« on: November 22, 2010, 13:36:35 PM »
Logged into my betfair account today and i have been debited another $120 for this tournament, after already paying the buyin on the 25th october. Spoke to betfair and now have to wait 24 hours whilst they look into it. I would suggest other people check their accounts just in case the same thing has happened

Just checked mine.. and I"m alright Jack :)

Tournaments have been cancelled in the lobby but thats normal in the run up to the event.. I had a couple of funny transactions for the Luton event with money coming in and out, all got sorted in the end, I wouldnt worry, will be ok.

Assume this is just part of closing player tanks etc to move money to the casino - probably not a problem for most, but a pain in the ass for those of us with very little in the account though.... just tried to get in and play and have no funds available :(

They"ve took another £75 out of my account too. The help desk promised a call back and a refund before the close of business today... we shall see.
