So now I"m pretty sure my Stars account has been hacked as Im just off phone to Paypal who confirm someone has tried to empty my account yesterday  :"(

Emailed Stars security last night and still no reply. Feel utterly hopeless coz I can"t access my pokerstars or Hotmail to change my passwords so I"m fearing the worst the longer this drags on   Looks like I"m def out of the online league game tonight as well so gutted about that too

FFS! Another 36 hours has passed and still no reply from Pokerstars, Shocking lack of customer service and I"m officially very very close to going on an extremely loud rant if they don"t reply to my 4th e-mail.

Pokerstars! Is there anybody out there?

Surely there"s a better way to run a massive business than to leave your customer waiting day after day after day for an e-mail response which hasn"t appeared in a week, or to leave them waiting for the hope of a phone call, which only arrives when you"re out at work! FFS give me a phone number and I"ll happily ring you! I"ll give you any ID, proof, evidence you need to get my account opened again to let me play in the league which was the only reason I joined your site in the first place!

Sometimes in poker I go with gut instinct! I"m sure that"s why I didn"t join Stars for 5 years and probably still wouldn"t have if APATs online league wasn"t sponsored by them (I only opened my account the day before matchday 1).

For a week I"ve tried not to get stressed about this but every day brings more frustration and confusion as my futile attempts to get my account re-opened fall on deaf ears  :"(

Thanks to some hard work from Des and Ryan at Pokerstars I"m now back up & running. Unfortunately sexy borris seems to have helped himself to a $50 transfer, then strangely gave me $25 back   Pokerstars are on his case now so i"ll leave it to them.

Happily I"ll now see you all at the online league game tomorrow night again   Just don"t mention the Omaha

Flopped top2 with AQ mate and unfortunately A on river gave me 2nd nuts coz K on turn gave someone else the cheese  

To celebrate going out the Omaha first getting back onto Pokerstars though i"m currently going deep in a 320 runner $5 game on WH, sitting at the mo 6/18 after just doubling up with your fave hand

Glad they got it sorted for you in the end Grant and I have to say I"m hugely surprised that this issue stretched out as long as it did. 

Been a frustrating week Des but happy to be back on Pokerstars for the online league and without too much damage to my bankroll. Thanks so much again for all your help, you"re a gentleman and a legend

Other than week 1 of the league it has to be said that pokerstars is not a happy hunting ground (Yet!). Not overly concerned about my play but some rather hefty outdraws are seeing me get pretty frustrated. Weeks 2 & 4 of league games I exited mid division after hitting a flop and getting runner runnered, then last night with about 20k and 50 runners left, saw me flop a FH only to lose to a 2 outer on the turn. Only surprise is that Mattej left me with about 5 BBs when he called me after a raising session on the river!

More of the same on PS cash tables, had flopped set of kings busted by flopped set of with both stacks in middle of Omaha game and the 1 outer landed   Never mind, keep doing what i"m doing and sure the hands will hold most of the time

Can"t wait Asa, really looking forward to it, especially given the online run I"m (not) having. Got into the cash today in a $5 MTT on Stars with 922 runners, was sitting 2nd in chips with about 250 runners left..........then

A/K v J/10 - no cigar
A/Q v Q/10 - not a single panatella
A/K v 6/6 - anyone got a spare woodbine?
9/9 v K/2 (yes, really all in pre for his stack) - now smoking roll-ups after a K/2/x flop

busted out in 97th after my 4/4 ran into AQ and of course only 1 of us got any help from the dealer  

Just got knocked out a WH tourney as well when my KK was no good for 10/4os  

So I"m much more keen to get on to a real table as my PC may not be working much longer

Well done to Suzy finishing 2nd in the Betfair 10k guaranteed and to Chas for his 8th place in a 400ish runner MTT last night   I thoroughly enjoyed railing both well into the early hours along with a few other APAT regulars. Looking forward now to matchday 6 of the online league in next couple of hours, good luck to everyone playing.
