Pot of the tournament

Glenn Laming raises pre, from 120,000 stack to 17,000

Juan Lopez calls in the cut off, chip leader

flop  :2h: ac qh

Glenn leads, called

turn  7d

Glenn check raises all in

Massive pot, probably 250,000 if called

Juan thinks and thinks. and thinks

and calls flipping  8h 8d. Which is a monster call, whether right or wrong

he"s right as Glenn has  4d 4c

Glenn "that is a great call, well played"

River  4s

Pandemonium in the card-room.

They shake hands. Juan"s jaw hits the floor. Glenn emits a roar as if his greyhound is rounding the final bend at Thurles in an eight length lead

I reckon Glenn might be chip leader now

like to know how big the flop bet was but how after glen raising pre and check raising the flush draw looks so strong with the ace and queen on the flop it has to go down as a very bad call with the 8/8 ,but its live and he might just have a read on glen
he was right  and was unluky

It would appear that I spoke too soon. Ger just declined alcohol and food and I think has retreated back to the hotel.
