2011 Aussie Millions - UK player James Keys finished 2nd
« on: January 29, 2011, 14:08:36 PM »
After a thrilling heads-up Uk player James Keys finished 2nd ( AUD$ 1.035.000). Heads-Up started with 6:1 chiplead for David Gorr (AUS). After a huge pot for James Keys he was a massiv chipleader with 11:1, but Gorr (age 70+) shows a big heart and came back and after 4 hours he won the title and AUD$ 2.000.000.

I might be stating the obvious here but does the above post mean that his entry was paid for by others at those rates..

So he will recieve 25% or less of his winnings... Still, winnings is winnings isn"t it..   :D

I"m reading it as 50% was staked so he paid 50% entry himself.  So what ever he won he keeps 50%, and 50% is given to the stakers.

Looks like James Demsey has the 25%, small change compared to his cashes, and bracelet in Vegas last year. Somebody called Tikay also had a share. Know the name, but have forgotten the face!!

Sam Trickett also won a couple of dimes in  Macau and Melbourne over the last few weeks.
