... will certainly try to ... I have a tiny bit of time to choose a spot ... I could have limped through with 100K ... but much happier to gamble with my AJ vs 88 ... where was the smaller Ace when I needed it ... which is what it felt like ... or indeed where was the no snowmen on the flop!?!

Structure very good ... every chance to be patient with some meaty antes to gobble up ... had plenty of cards ... but also stole some joyous chips earlier on ...

Nice to take nearly half of James Mitchell stack early on ...

A neat combo of representing the flush with 4 diamonds on the board ... and flopping a flush though I could have perhaps won a little more ... (paired board - yawn!)

Also worth saying he then came back to build a fine stack ... before doubling me up racing my AJ vs 88 ...

Game on.

Really well done Louis. Let"s hope for a little more of the same tomorrow. I"ll be watching.

p.s. came 5th in the Betfair 23.00hrs $54 Canadian Daily last night to get the buy-in back for yesterday, for $454 :)

... good stuff on the cash ... which of course I may not do when play resumes!

Late card rush very helpful ... but needed the AJ to hold up vs 88 ... 165k would have been a lot sweeter ... as it stands a little time to choose a sensible spot ... Good fun to play lots of people with (very) big cashes under their belts ...

Very rollercoaster day with some really card dead phases and some really flowing phases which got curtailed by standard events like turn straight vs flush with the "same" hole cards ... mmm

... not sure what I am wishing for today ... an early squeeze with AK clubs perhaps ...

I guess just the usual winning my races would be great!

Same match up AJ vs 88 brought me to life ... and then cut me back to size ...

Earlier TT vs AJ stunted my growth ... hard to avoid the other guy having AJ and spiking it!
