I do have a serious question...
What is the returns policy for delivered items that don"t fit or are unsatisfactory in quality?
(should have asked this before I placed my order - sigh!)
We would hope that we will meet everyones expectations regarding quality and any problems will be resolved with the supplier before items are sent out to members.
We will try to offer an exchange policy for any sizing issues, but as all items are made to order, this may not always be possible.
The prices have been set pretty much at cost, to keep as much value for money to our members.
The last thing we want though is to have unhappy members, so we will endeavour to resolve any queries.
If anyone who has items delivered is not happy with their purchase, then they just need to contact "STORE" to arrange returns information.
