We"ll mostly use Royal Mail, unless anyone can suggest a more practical and cost effective carrier.

I ask as I work for a Carrier...so touting for business really! ::)

Can"t go wrong with Royal mail for costs..but the service isn"t guaranteed, isn"t tracked and mostly not signed for.....mine is!  ;D

I do have a serious question...

What is the returns policy for delivered items that don"t fit or are unsatisfactory in quality?

(should have asked this before I placed my order - sigh!)

Hardly a big deal but intrigued...

I thought our Logo would be as at the top of this page i.e.

APAT
AMATEUR POKER ASSOCIATION & TOUR

not

APAT
NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP POKER

Has something changed?

We would hope that we will meet everyones expectations regarding quality and any problems will be resolved with the supplier before items are sent out to members.

We will try to offer an exchange policy for any sizing issues, but as all items are made to order, this may not always be possible.

The prices have been set pretty much at cost, to keep as much value for money to our members.

The last thing we want though is to have unhappy members, so we will endeavour to resolve any queries.

If anyone who has items delivered is not happy with their purchase, then they just need to contact "STORE" to arrange returns information.

Nothings changed.  It"s just a simple 3 word statement of what APAT is, that has been used for the past 3 years on any branded items we have had.
