I cannot make this event, as I have just got back from the UK and am off to Norway on Tue. Not really fair on the family to partake...

But anyway good luck to all in both this and the ONlive...

My tips:
Manchester - George Bedi (if he doesn"t manage to blow another big stack ;-) )
ONlive - Mickey P (its just a drunken sit n go isn"t it???)

News on the Welsh Champs -

I hope to play. I was in discussions with my boss in Plymouth and the Marines are looking to get me back. I"ll use the HS125 if I really must! But this is all weather dependant, as I"m gonna be way up North in a place called Banak Lakselv http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lakselv_Airport,_Banak

If there was betting available, I would have a few quid on Marcin Rejmak who bubbled the final table at Luton last year despite more than his fair share of bad luck and is bang in form having finished 3rd online on thursday.
Currently tearing the Ipoker anonymous tables a new one

I reckon one way or another Jim Lang will make a BIG impression in Manchester.

I"m totally rooting for him although he"ll be unbearable in all future event. I"m a big fan of him and his chat even though most of it is focused on pleasuring my wife! I just hope he stays calm long enough to concentrate on his game.

Go J!

I don"t know who will take it home however who does will have played out of their skin

I had a rush of blood to the head around 11:30 Saturday night and I can still hear the fat lady singing all the way up the M74

It was a fantastic event as long as it lasted for me and congratulations to the APAT team for yet another blindingly run event.

Hope to see some of you at the next one.

No disrespect to Max Ward but did he hit the last 30?? , Stuart Hopkin was the best player i played against on day 1 and 2 he was unlucky not to take it, he doubled up off me on the end of day one short stacked, but was a pro throughout and landed 2nd which trounced my 13th place, best of luck for the future stuart it was a tense but enjoyable experience mate
