Help! ADVICE SOUGHT. Poker credit removed by site
« on: April 13, 2011, 04:03:42 AM »
Any ideas on this?

1) I win poker credit on Bidibot. (Feb 2011)
2) I sign up for the site that I won the credit on and then claim my credit which is awarded (£145 in total)
3) I make a note in my poker balances notebook on my laptop. (Feb 2011)
4) I decide to have a check on the site last week and the credit is removed.
5) I email the site asking if I"ve withdrawn the credit as I couldn"t remember doing so.
6) They email me back saying I need to email my Bidibot contact (it seems Bidibot has closed down)
7) I email them back saying any dispute they have with Bidibot should not involve my credit.
8) see #6

Did the £145 go into your account at all?

As written above you made a note of it but when you checked it wasn"t there, which is different from it being removed.

If it never reached your account then your issue is with Bibibot (good luck!)

Yes Perch, it went in.

And yes I know who"s the CEO of Bidibot. (I used his surname for my username on RPM Poker where Bidibot had a private STT for special tickets, that was fun watching half of them panic)

Print this off post it here do so within 21 days blah blah

Why dont they just refund to the cards that were used to deposit? Obvioulsly looking to hold onto money for those who cant be bothered to reclaim small amounts IMO.

I never  put a penny into it BTW, it just winds me up when I read things like this.

APAT Scotland runner up 2008
APAT Sotland final table 2009
If it's not in Scotland you can forget it!

I don"t think Bidibot had access to card info. Similar to the way Ebay don"t.
