Sometimes poker just doesn"t play fair. Cruising around 100th in the Stud L. 3 bad beats in a row when I had them bang to rights each time. Should be about 50th right now, but I have time to type this instead.

What did I say? Small cash but crashed & burned too soon again. Peaked at 42k, but a couple of calamities had me back to 14k when I slow-played a monster against a big stack, got all-in on 5th & he overtook me. Don"t mind that really cos it gave me a chance to get right back into it. A fitting end though after getting my big stack destroyed in the APAT satellite when holding a set of by someone donking around with no starting hand, when I was nailed on for an Omaha seat before that hand. So it goes.

With 2100 runners it was spooky bumping into Mr Mark "Sharky_UK" Briggs on the same table in the $33 8 Game today, needless to say were going in opposite directions in term of stack size, almost out now  :"(

Gutted that I couldn"t play the 8-game... it was the one event I really wanted to play, but had to go out earlier. Got to go out again shortly to fetch my daughter.... will join the PLO8 40 mins late.  GL all playing that one.
