Years ago..feels like decades...there was a poker network called tribeca....it had various skins-blonde,vc,etc.....well this site nailed the fun factor.....it had a chat lobby...and people really got to know each other...there were fun stakes n serious stakes....but the sense of community was and still is unparalleled....I think this is what apat in general are after....if you ask around loads of players miss its uniqueness...I haven"t came across a site to match it yet...despite its numerous failings,we all in hindsight loved it really....what"s my point?....I dunno

Possibly we got all serious....back then I didn"t know what a 3 bet was, floating or icm.....

I usually am DD, especially in these league type set-ups, as I know a lot of people play as much for the fun as anything else.  That is why I like em and keep coming back.  Just felt the last couple had gone quiet.  Not so last night on both games I was playing.

Somebody once said to me "you have this ability to be able to just talk to anybody".  I think he meant "you are a gobsh*te".

Once you guys get to play a few live tournies, you will see that APAT is quite a unique set up in that you will quickly meet and make friends with people who will remain friends for life.
There are a few idiots on here....but that"s enough about Scouse and Dan Owston.......most players are good fun and can take the comments as well as giving them out.
 Good Luck to you both.

Very nicely put Brian.  So very true.

Bit unfair that , Scouse is a nice quiet chap , lol
