I"m thinking about this hotel - Best Western Montenotte Hotel



There are some deals around for it, but it"s 1.4km away from the card room (so probably about 4 times as far as most people would like), and there may be some kind of hill involved in that distance - so I"m not expecting too many other people to be staying there; but just making the suggestion for if people are starting to think about where to stay.  

Looking at this option too , as may be taking car and it has own parking ,and town centre ones dont seem to have so additional parking costs , 8 mins in a taxi to town seems ok to me.

Still trying to work out the logistics of Ferry first though

I am contemplating driving from Belfast to Cork on Saturday morning, returning on Sunday night. Three spaces in car, £20 per head return trip(based on 4 sharing).  Leaving at 8am, ETA 1pm. :-)

May be interested , if you go on the Fri evening , looking at ferrys to get there fri lunchtime , with Mary and maybe my wife  .

Been looking at all the options , and head bursting lol

That"s what my free "50/50" bet landed on in Dublin last year, but at least that bet was free.
