I raise Utg with  kh 9d I am chip leader of the day with 110k at around 300/600 100 ante [i think] . I made it 1400 The bb who was a rock called but young guy hadn"t really stepped out of line. I had opened quite a bit maybe 2 hands a orbit not shown any bluffs [a few semi bluffs] that got there.

Flop ad :3h: 8c

I lead out for 2000 he makes it 5000 He has 15k back

Mate was late. Blinds were 300/600. Was left level before table broke. You bet 1400. he made it 5k with same amt behind

I think most people say fold pre, as played bet fold flop. I think raising pre is ok to maintain your loose image though you should give up vs short oppo.

I assume you spewed and got there.

would love to hear the reasoning behind this hand - though the harrington 10% rule just about justifies not giving up here.

He has 25 bb"s after raise. MY thought process is he doesn"t have AK,AQ as no 3bet, and loses value by re raising.. more likely a10/aj/a9 and will fold to a shove or A6 [dont personally think he calls pre] OR he has a set..

I shove he calls with AK whoops ;)
