Amazing weekend gang, I"m still a bit stunned, dazed and knackered but over the moon. Cheers to Jamie for some excellent play, banter and company from the first table we shared and well doen to everyone who cashed and FT"d.

Can"t say enough for Rich, Leigh, Paulie and anyone involved in setting this up, cheers guys it"s always a pleasure being part of the APAT adventure regardless of the result.

Thanks as well to the amazing support from everyone railing on the site and at the Gala Merchant City. I"ll post a bit more once i"ve got my head together  ;D

A bit out of touch here but what is a redraw...?

A redraw is when you have the best hand and it gets outdrawn - If you have outs to still win, it is called a redraw,

A perfect example would indeed be the hand where the term was used

it was AK v QJss on a A s s flop. Grant hit the As to out draw the pair of Aces but the AK had 10 to make a full house or better.

He actually had KK, not AK, so his redraw was to a better flush. Don"t suppose it matters so much now, but he made a very good all-in call on the A-high flop and was unlucky to lose to the flush-draw.
