Not sure whether this has already been mentioned but Luton G does not allow any kind of casual footwear. YOU MUST WEAR DRESS SHOES. If you don"t you will be offered a pair of the shoes they have behind reception and lets just say they are not very desirable, they"re that bad that everyone will know you"ve forgotten YOUR shoes lol...BIG RUBBER TOES come to mind.

Been there done that the first APAT I went to there, and he"s right. You REALLY don"t want to have to borrow their shoes!

Never understood why this is required?! Smarter dress better clients? Better behaved? Don"t see the point in such strict rules. OK restrict shorts or ripped tops/jeans or footie tops I can see but dress shoes only- !

Hi just a quick query, Is this team event only for the specified teams, as I would like team Aquarium to be in this, (We won the WOPALS team event at D2D in May) we all play in the live pub poker league and i know they have a team entered so just wondering if we could join to,

Adam, welcome to APAT.

I'm sure you will get an official response from an APAT mod but you had to apply for this team event which 16 teams were picked as it was oversubscribed. So unfortunately you are too late but keep an eye on the forum because you never know if any team may drop out (unlikely)

Hi all thanks for getting back to me and yeah please put me on the list of reserves, and keep me informed of any other team events that might be taking place, as I say we are mainly a Sheffield team and would be willing to travel for events should they be of any interest
