Got to agree here. If you want to win you can"t possibly lay down AQ unless you"ve got a very good reason and you KNOW that the other guy"s got a monster.

If you lay this hand down you"re obviously the one who"s going to get bullied and your chips are going to dwindle before too long. Good call, just got outdrawn this time.

Finished 15th in my 180 player. It all went wrong went I was CL. Called twice with marginal hands from the BB and hit top pair. Turned out I was out kicked both times and my stack was decimated. Ended up all in with K2s when I thought a guy was making a button move. He had AA ;D  ;D Oops!!

I dont mind going into the  heads up 2 1 down in chips but if u win that pot its going to make life easier and aqs is a big hand 3 handed, there are so many hands you have dominated he could push

I"m not saying I would/could fold in the same situation, But it did seem like the money laddering would make a difference and from what he had put both parties were playing passively.  If BOTH of these point were true then folding is the only correct play.  Even three handed -  bet, raise, reraise allin has to mean some kind of hand surely?  What range would you put them on, and how many is AQ a big favorite against?

;D

The chipleader was playing passively up against the small stack, not betting him off of pots etc but both of them were playing me. They weren"t playing passively overall - both seemed to be having a go at me in a fair few pots but I was managing to make my hands on the flop and betting out aggressively to take down the pots. Pre-flop they WERE both having shots at me... My gripe was that post flop against each other they weren"t really doing anything.

Got stuck in a very similar sounding 3 way game last night. It was a $30 stt and it took an hour and 20 mins to get down to the last 3!!

Anyway, one hand in particular I had AQ and got called then reraised so decided that I had to fold rather than risk my healthy stack. I know it"s slightly different because of the extra player in the hand but with AQ you"re still pretty strong and I would not normally lay this down. Anyway, turns out that one had AK the other 88 and I would"ve lost.

I guess what I said before about not being able to lay this down was wrong and it just comes down to how you feel at the time and how much of a hurry you"re in to finish the table off. In this situation with everyone playing very passively I was confident that I could wait and pick a better time to try to finish the table off. Eventually managed it with an all in with 2 5 off and turned the 2 to beat his AK  ;D ;D Evil!!!!!

Obviously without the passive play makes folding a much more debatable play.

Firstly, apologies if my use of the word "decent" came accross wrong... Im from Glasgow and when I say "decent" I mean GOOD, maybe it"s a local thing. I know the definition of decent should just mean adequate but I"m actually really happy with the amount it is a great cash.

I use decent to mean good as well.  If I said that someone was a "decent" player, it means he"s a good player.

In the same way as that Jessica Alba has a decent figure...
