was running like a dream for ages in both PLO and NLHE and was CL in both 20 out.

bubbled final of PLO after flopping the nuts v Gary"s OESFD.

Got completely owned by Louis in the NLHE and ran out of run good in crucial spots to finish 5th. Happy with my 5th place to go near the top of the rankings again.

If Louis doesn"t win this, he"ll surely have to rethink his "limp fold to 4x shove" strategy, otherwise I"m a convert!!

Gl m8 - about time you got a title

No cigar I am afraid ...

The limp fold is just avoiding chipping up opponents when I have terrible hands - true I have no need to limp but at the time I had more than half the chips in play ...

I made a lot of chips in the tournament when people called these limps and I bet the flop.

Dynamic changes when shorter handed - but I made quite a lot of chips doing this four handed - I would say I was in overall profit.

With three players left I lost AJ vs A5 for about 75-80% of chips in play.

Heads up I lost A5 vs 49 for the Title ... so I guess A5 is my new most hated hand!

Well played "Spudgun007" - last hand QJ vs 33 no help for me.

I had a mass of hands during the tournament - Just needed A5 to behave correctly.

Next Time.

Congrats to the top 2,very unlucky Louis having bossed this from a long way out.
But special mention to "Uncle Joey" who bagged his first Apat medal with a fine 3rd.

Well played to everyone who cashed in the 2 events last night. Unfortunately didn"t log on early enough for the NLHE but chuffed with my win in the Omaha and still managed to get up for work at 6.30am with a pretty clear head. Work now till 2pm but can"t complain  ;D

Well played all , good to see a liverpool player taking it down . Really thought louis was going to win when he took me out in 17th after hitting runner runner flush , all in on turn my own fault for trapping you with top pair on flop lol !
Well done to grant too on omaha win.

Couldnt believe that spot - limp from a 80x stack, then fold to a 4x shove..... and I had KK ffs!!  Thought it was a dream spot!

This does make me smile so much - it is the ultimate fold!

On the turn I had an up and down straight flush draw so the money had to fly ... I don"t think you can look to kill the action on a pretty nothing flop if you have top pair. Once we get to the turn I am always shoving ...

Enjoyed our A9s vs 88 race - not often you hit the nut flush and lose these!

yer it was a sick turn card 9d , knew you had that when you shoved but i know i still favourite and i know its all going in ! Think i still should have just shoved flop when you check to me or even pre flop after your open . think i made a mistake and got punished for it !
yer 88 v a9  was a mad board , was pretty shocked you called my shove pre with a9(must be my laggy image ;) )
You was playing well though while you on my table enjoyed clashing with ya louis . Good to some some real poker not just nitting up and trying to get lucky/hand to hold when down to bowl of rice like some others were doing lol
