This week, Dusk Till Dawn announced that they had made the decision to guarantee the Nottingham leg of the Pokerstars UKIPT at a whopping £1m.

They have added an extra day 1 to the £700+£70 main event, but with a full week of satellites and side action, there should be plenty for everyone.

The clubs owner, Rob Yong, has recently blogged asking for everyone to spread the word (http://www.dusktilldawnpoker.com/blog.php?profile=4&id=224)

APAT has a longstanding relationship with Dusk Till Dawn and I"m sure we would not only like to see plenty of APAT players at the UKIPT, but also ensure that Rob doesn"t have to dip into his pockets for a significant overlay.

Can anyone suggest the best/easiest site and tournament type to qualify?

Might Be on DTDPoker now as they are running their own sats for the event but stars are still running some too.
Also if you are local there are some live sats with seats guaranteed

Thanks, I have looked at dtd and stars but not sure which tourney offers the best value? I.e rebuy or freezeout? I know dtd are also running some live sats for £50+6.

It"s a tough call as to which will offer the best value, depends on your poker skills at playing rebuys or freezeouts.  Although all the sats appear to be guaranteeing a number of seats, this are easily being smashed, so little value in satellite overlays at the moment.

DTD are also running a number of live satellites for the next few weeks.  Might be worth a shot.
