Downloaded the software put in details- keeps demanding that I enter a zipcode. And yes before you ask I did put a postcode in.... Have emailed support but any suggestions? Feel like I am missing the value on the hilo tables!

Hi Rudders, that"s strange, and not a problem I"ve heard of before.
Can you screenshot it and send it to me please? (matt AT APAT dotcom) and I"ll see if I can work it out.

The very efficient customer service people sorted it- not used to such efficient response- live chat within 30 seconds, email responded to within 20 minutes- very impressed all round. And your very quick answer too- APAT on to a winner IMHO.. Thanks again

Another problem could be if you"re not able to create a new account. You have to know that the general network policy is to limit all players to three poker accounts registered with the Boss Media Poker Software! ( Error code 117 ) If you reached the limit that Boss Media allow, you will not be able to create any further accounts from your computer.
You have to create an account from another computer (with a different IP) and after that, logging in from your own computer and playing. Maybe a helpful suggestion if you have the same problem.
