Hi Alan, welcome to APAT. I have just looked at your profile posting, glad you enjoyed Stoke and found it good value and a good spirit.
Someone official will be along soon no doubt but just keep your eye on this area of the forum. I expect they will be inviting team applications soon.

I"m hoping for information on this soon.
I"m away for 3 weeks in Vegas and won"t be back until 9/1/2013 (blatant brag) and would like to have something I can pass around so that we know where we are.
Oh, it"s my birthday weekend too...in case anyone needed a reason to get to Luton. ;D

Have I missed any info about this event? Is it Forums, Pubs, or just a group of mates? Where do entry requests need to go ?

Advance Travel Tips
The Days Inn, Luton which is only a few minutes walk from the casino can currently be booked for Friday &/or Saturday for £39 p.n.
As an alternative, I believe that the Premier Inn, Luton can be booked for £29 p.n. but is somewhat further away but still within easy distance.
Both of these are, of course, non-refundable.

Indeed...I found this myself but can"t commit just yet.

Do you have to pay for parking at the Day's?

Do you have to pay for parking at the Day’s?
Yes, but it"s pretty cheap, there"s a big car park right next door. I think the whole weekend cost me about £10/15.
Of course, you could just "unofficially" park at the G...I"m just saying. :)
Booking.com says
Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and costs GBP 4.50 per day.
Not sure that"s exactly right..but it"s close AFAIK.
