Very strange. I"ve just checked mine and they are all still there (all 41 pages worth - must get round to deleting some).
Can you try the old log-out, shutdown, restart, log-in trick and see if that works?

They don"t want that kind of smut on the server.

All ok here as well.. 33 pages worth going back 6 years.
Will run a database check for you Mr G to see if there"s any errors.
*edit* ran a database check.. couple of errors / indexes needed rebuilding. Done. let me know if that"s fixed the problem x

We used to receive an email to say that a pm had been received, if you had ticked the option, but they haven"t come for quite some time now. A few people have mentioned to me that they don"t receive them any longer either. It doesn"t matter so much for people who visit the forum a lot, but it was useful for alerting occasional visitors that someone was trying to contact them.

The notifications setting hasn"t been changed generally John, so it might be worth double checking your spam folder maybe?

No, nothing there. Others have told me that they don"t get them now either.

In my Gmail, it"s the folder called "Spam"*

Email alerts are now back up and enabled. You should receive email alerts for PM"s etc.
Any problems just shout x

Doh... silly me. I thought that it was being suggested that there is a spam folder for PMs on this forum...

Working OK for me Mike. Might be a cookies setting / a browser issue at your end. If you have disabled cookies then it won"t work. Check that out and also see if the same thing happens with different browsers?
