Post by: jayteejack on January 01, 2015, 19:36:17 PM
Noticed on Coral the buy in holding tank is £100 +10? Is this correct?
Also is the 7/8  Feb  definite.
Thank you

Was just thinking the same....£110?.....and will the online Thursday sats reflect this?

Yes this is correct - the European and World Main Events are £110.

The Online Sats give entry to £82.50 events - so winners can off-set this against any larger tournament if they wish.

Thanks for the info Paulie. I"ve booked the Premier Inn off the M6. Looked at the DeVere at The Ricoh and didn"t like the reviews on it. Premier Inns are good value for money.  Hopefully see you there?

hoping to play this. however newcastle g have barred me for life. been on to g hq to see if it is a local ban or national. hopefully will get this sorted. barred for resigning my membership after they refused one of my clients entry. spent alot of time and money in the g with clients so was pissed off when they said no to someone, unlike their brief, who was sober. typical petty reaction from newcastle g.

This event is capped at 200 runners so I"d be surprised if it sells out prior to the holding tanks/Eventbrite closing, but even if it does you can buy in as an alternate.

Hi Salim, the side events are def going ahead, it is just that we cannot guarantee the Sunday side event to be PLO8 (H/L) as that will depend on the venue/dealers on the day - if not PLO8 (H/L) then it will def be PLO - the venue will confirm with me as soon as they know for sure and I will post on the forum accordingly.

Hi Tom/Des

I have reserved two seats on the Eventbrite facility, but it didn"t ask me what names were needed.

Thought I would post here in case you need to know for the player list: one for myself and one for John R Gilbert

Hi Michelle, both will be in your name at the venue so just claim them before 14:30 no problem.

Hi guys, just a quick question .

I haven"t downloaded the coral software for this season of apat and was wondering if the eventbrite seat reservation was in stead of holding tanks or just a means to pay on the day?

Pleased to confirm that the side event on Sunday is confirmed as PLO8 (High/Low).

NB The Main Event at Coventry "on paper" is almost sold out - of course some Eventbrite reservations may not turn up, but there are only a few seats left via Eventbrite and after that it will be Alternates on the day.
