We lost 12 players in the first half hour, but it"s gone very quiet since then... We see a few flops but no massive pots just yet.
Also our 2 chipleaders, who are seated at the same table, have both arrived. Let"s see if they cause some action.

We just lost Nick Forrez - Don"t know how or when.

Last year in Namur we didn"t have any woman cashing... To make matters worse, the last woman standing, An Blieck, was eliminated on the bubble.
With 93 players left we still have 8 women in the field; and with 44 players in the money, the odds are good for them today!

Title defender Artan Harizaj is down to 12.000, he"ll need a quick double up soon if he wants to prolongate his title.
On his right we have our very own "The Red Jacks" poker player; he"s at 52.000.
Anyone has a chance to join "The Red Jacks" poker team. In that team we give a few players the chance to play a couple of tournaments. At any time we might select someone... Keep playing our tournaments, and you might be next.
Besides Yves, we also have Joachim Wallaert and Niki Raskin.
Niki won the previous BAPT Main Event in Spa, but this weekend he couldn"t make it past Day 1. He did finish 7th in yesterday"s NLH Side Event and he bubbled the Turbo Bounty on Friday.
Joachim also didn"t survive Day 1, but he came 3rd in the Crazy Pineapple on Saturday.

Jan was busted by Mathijs Jonkers so I heared which is possible since Mathijs is playing 113k now.

The original raiser calls with K6, probably bottom range, and spikes a K on the flop.

This might be the "Amateur Poker Tour", but we might change the name to the "Professional Staring Contest".
David Vanderheyden and Mathijs Jonkers have been clashing a couple of times already, staring each other down on every street.
This time Mathijs picks up a big pot with KT vs AQ on a KTxAx board. Mathijs might very well be our chipleader, but we will have a count in 15 minutes, during the first break.
We are seeing some top poker between them, so let"s see if they can keep it up...

Table 14 is very interesting.
Mathijs Jonkers is our overall chipleader with 183.000, while his staredown opponent David Vanderheyden is sitting in 3rd with 143.000.
Our 2 chipleaders at the start of the day have lost some quite some chips, but still with healthy stacks.
In the meantime, we have 68 remaining for a 77.000 average.

A brutal JJK is followed by Q to give David some outs... The river is a meaningless 7 and David is left with what seems like less than 40k.

Starting the day with a huge stack unfortunately is not always the key to success.
Bert Derwael just busted when the rest of his 100k stack went in with KJ on a KJx flop. His opponent Fernando de Carvalho (Day 1B chipleader) is a massive favorite with KK.
No running Jacks and Fernando is back where he started, in the top regions of the leaderboard.
