Well my friends and fellow apat"ers after a 6 1/2 month recruitment process I finally got confirmation today that i got into Strathclyde Fire and Rescue Service as a full time firefighter!  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Im absolutely over the moon! As i mentioned in my profile i currently work as an Architectural Technician but decided that office life isn"t for me and it was time to make a change.

I start my 12 week trainin course in 4 weeks, following which i will be a probationary firefighter for two years, im sooo excited and looking forward to the challenge.

Just wanted to share my good news, catch you all online at the main event on sat.

Congrats mate. Worked with a guy who did it part time. Told many a hair raising story :o

thanks for all the support guys ;D im lovin all the pics too, funny stuff!

well technolog as its a residential trainin course (mon to fri) in gullane, i may have nuthin else to do at night! lets hope they have internet conncetion! 8)

im hopin the shift work wont stop my plan to play ALL apat events in season 3, cant believe it will be my first full season of apat, ive made such great mates in such a short period of time....the power of APAT at its best  :)
