Club Captain

Swansea Poker Club will need a club captain to support the club during the season.  The Club Captain should like any good captain lead by example and have enthusiasm for APAT and their local club for the forthcoming APAT Online National League.

If you would be interested in this role, please ensure that you have registered with your club and then send a personal message to myself.

Steve also was playing (harapin), unfortunately he"s just gone out in 35th.  Good effort from you both though.

Hi guys went out in 60th position, had some bad luck losing with pocket 8 against 7"s and losing with AQ against AJ (J on the river!), But also had some luck floping quad queens against a full house!  Overall had a good night, can"t wait to play the league again!

Hey guys, i just came second in todays tournament, bit stupid putting all my money in with aces! But hopefully that will get us some points on the board!

Well played mate. Fantastic effort... was railing and saw the last few hands. Deserved to pick up some points... but at least you got some cash. Had noticed you were doing well but sadly couldnt stay with you. Maybe we can both get to final table next time and finally pick up a point for Swansea. Almost imposs to get a point if alone on final table. Good luck in the next one.

Really unlucky.  If you had managed to win it, Swansea would have finished 2nd this week.

Steve is right in that it is tough to pick up points with one on the final table, it can be done, but a few more numbers certainly helps.

Keep the recruitment drive going guys, because if you can add to the quality players you already have, then there are plenty of points still up for grabs.

It"s amazing what can be achieved by so few players.  First points for Swansea last night and another two great performances from you both.

Thanks guys.

Had a massive bit of fortune in the final when i picked up kings which gave me the chip lead, but hey i"ve had my fair share of bad beats!

Well played too harapin, i was gutted to see you go out in 11th. Next time two top ten finishes!
