WP Matt
-
Excellent result Mat, very well played. :)
-
WP Nice result indeed!

Matt played great in this tourney, even managing to laugh it off
when a player called him a slowrolling c*!$ :o.(which he wasn"t)
As Matt pointed out its"s usually HIS job doing the name calling,
not the other way around ;D.
-
Hmm, so the pathetic name calling still exists on line does it....?
-
good work Matt, well done
-
Great result Matt watched it up to 5 players, you played a great game. Have to mention John Miller (Riverasusal) who has cashed in both the $200 and $300 Good to see APAT players finishing high in events against the pro"s WOOP WOOP beers on you 2 in Walsall lol.

forgive me if I"m missing something, but how the heck do you slowroll online.... you don"t have the option to delay turning your cards over!!
If it"s actually the case that matt slow played a hand as opposed to slow rolling, then what on earth is wrong with that? slow play is just part of the more intelligent form of poker!

Of course you can slowroll? If you have the nuts and you leave it until the last few seconds to call then you have slow-rolled. I don"t know where you are coming from to be honest.

not sure I would be just calling if I had the nuts!! (unless oppo has shoved of course).
So, if I am multi-tabling (which I usually am) and I have concurrent action on multiple tables, and on one of my tables I have to call an all in shove whilst holding the nuts, but due to focussing somewhere else at the time (or even just watching TV) my timer drifts down from 15 seconds to 5 seconds before I call - you would accuse me of being a slow roller with bad etiquette? I hardly think using up a 15 second timer online can be considered slow rolling in the truer sense of the word.
-
Multi-tabling is normally the reason most people give for taking up their time or time-bank before calling(raising, if u want to be pedantic) with the obvious best hand. For the record, it was the guy playing Matt who accused him of it, not me.
3 hands later the same guy WAS slow-rolled by the eventual winner who hit trip 10"s on the river. He pushed all-in and the other player waited until the last second before calling with the nuts.
-
uan 100% be slowrolled online.
I"ve re shoved with nothing and the guy has timebanked then called with aces
