Title: When's payment taken?

I know in the past there has always been a delay between purchasing the seats and the money coming off my card - I was just wondering if this will be the same with the WCOAP?

I just missed my local bank closing there to put some money on my Debit Card to pay for a WCOAP seat today and wont be able to put money into the account until Monday now so was just wondering if it"s worth purchasing a seat and hoping the money doesn"t come off - don"t really fancy adding a £35 bank charge onto the cost of my seat so just double checking before purchasing...

        I am in the exact same predicament. Money on the table as we speak (TYPE).

Hopefully Des can update us.

The money will come out in 3 to 4 weeks time, but I believe the payment server authorises that with your bank.  Not sure if you would incur a charge under those circumstances.

I thought most banks opened on saturdays these days..... ::)

My local branch isn"t even open up until the usual 5pm anymore!!!
