Just to ask again....are the details of the structure published yet?

Also, do we know how many players we are looking to get down to by the end of the day-1s?

The Main Event structure will be the same as all National Events and can be found HERE (http://www.apat.com/index.php/tournament-structure/)

The planned numbers to return from days 1a and 1b should be between 20-30 from each day.  It really depends on how the tournament is progressing.

Hope that is of some help.

But that isn"t what was asked.

Now if you"d asked what the structure was for the Omaha and HORSE side events, I could give you an answer.

Think Marty"s post was clear in suggesting all the events by using the plural "Structures".

Marty, you had better ask the pedant specifically for the Omaha and HORSE structures.

The answer is, I don"t know for certain.

I would imagine that the Omaha would follow a smilar structure to the ME. (10k startin, 30 mins blinds)

The HORSE is a whole new world of excitement. (6k starting, 30 mins blinds)

Could you please leave out details of the structures until the day of the event.

It makes no difference to anyone anyway because they"ve already bought in and are definitely playing no matter what the structure is.

I just think it would be a good laugh to make everyone wait.

I suppose one could simply explain away Des" "Time Discrepancy" by saying he moves faster than the speed off light.

However, how he defeats his innate "Aerodynamic Impedance" is beyond my Ken.

Awaiting final details from DTD, but here is a preview of the early levels of the HORSE Championship (we are running the WSOP structure), which I"m sure is the structure most are interested in seeing.  The main event will run to the standard APAT Championship structure.

Sorry to possibly look like a donk, but how often is the game changing then? Every level/30 mins, or are we playing all 5 games in each 30 minute level, 6 minutes each? Or is it an orbit of each, changing the stakes at the level change?  ???

(Thinking about it, I suspect it"s the latter, but clarification would be handy.)

Simple, game changes after 1 rotation of the button, so may reach Razz at start of level 2.

I figured as much, thanks for the clarification. I presume in non-button/blind games, we will be playing 8 hands before switching to the next game in the usual fashion?

In my case they would be thinking of "Poliackzne", the Czech for "Shark".
