I"m thrilled to say, I visited DTD for the 1st time on Sunday to play the £25 f/o. 122 players, and in only my 5th tournament, I only went and won it!!!
Heads up at 4am, we decided to split top 2 prize moeny and each had £800 (odd going to dealers) as I was chip leader at the time (by around 20k), was awarded the tournament win
knackered, but soooo happy. checked out the site and yep..my name in lights!! (well in print)

WOW small world - I finished 11th after just nipping in on the way back from Cardiff. Many congrats, I wonder if we were on the same table at any point.

small world indeed....not sure if we did met on any table?? Racking brain now, cant place you. I guess you were on the last 2 tables with the guy who had a following (young lads) he had about 5 collars always up?...very aggressive, but loose...loved his ace rag for example. and the talkative norweigan fella..nice guy, I think he must have been on your table too??
shame we did notice each other so to speak ( i think I also saw Bainn....he who has long black beard???)

yeah I was drawn on table 34 seat 7 and stayed there all night, although I did get moved when down to about 3 tables only to be moved back as they had taken the BB from the wrong table. It was the young lad who took me out when I pushed over the top of him with 1010, and obv on that occassion he had AA, player out in 10th went in the same hand as he held AK, 2nd card on the flop - A, table was broken for the FT immediatley after that. Yes the norweigan with sponsored black shirt and shades was on that table too for several hours. Bainn was also in the tourney, sat directly behind me for a while, so I guess that was table 33 seat 3 maybe 4.
Anyway great result, well done :)

yeah I was drawn on table 34 seat 7 and stayed there all night, although I did get moved when down to about 3 tables only to be moved back as they had taken the BB from the wrong table. ty, the norweigan you mentioned, isn"t the one i meant (i was refering to the taller chap, red shirt i think)...the one you mentioned was on FT, and er...a lil worse for where!

your right duke, and I shouldn"t encourage, so back to my superb win at Europe"s premier venue...do they hold a "master of DTD" tournament? I"ve not recieved an e-mail as of yet!! ;D
