Final Table
Two hands saw the demise of Ryan Lavery. Firstly he doubled-up Dan Owston when his pocket queens couldn"t stay ahead of his opponent"s king-queen.
That"s the way to do it
-
Gl Dan- he witnessed my blow up first hand. He seemed to be playing very well
GL to Brammer too

no updates on PS Blog for over an hour - anyone have an idea WTF is happening
Biggest gripe about this tour. Apparantly AWOP offered to do updates but stars declined. May even write a letter if this trend continues. Not saying the bloggers aren"t working but a live update with The tower et al would be much better!
-
Testing words from Lyall after Owston moves all-in for a shade under 400,000 after the Scotsman raised 44,000 from utg+1. Lyall has a long dwell up before folding. When the dealer has to correct himself over it being 344,000 more to call, not 244,000 more, Owston says, "What"s a 100,000 between friends?" "I"m not your friend. I"m your enemy," replies Lyall with a smile. Owston is up to 450,000.
-
LADDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDER
6.14pm: Julian Hasse out in 9th (£3,650)
Jack Ellwood raises from middle position to 47,000 and is shoved on by Julian Hasse for 252,000. Ellwood makes the call with A?T? and stays ahead of Hasse"s K?Q? to knock the German out in 9th place; the first casualty of the final table.

The only way is up

-
LOL
Owston "playfully" swings a PokerStars t-shirt at Lyall"s head after he"s forced to toss his cards away after his cut-off raise is three-bet from 49,000 to 109,000 by Lyall.
That"s my boy - Passion and Strength

Not questionable really. He"s probably decided before he opens that he"s calling Dan"s shove. Not sure what the blinds are but very good chance Bram is getting 2/1.
-
Oh and well done Dan! Great showing. PS Scouse talk us through the taser?
-
GG Dan WP.
Taser????

GG Dan WP.

Well done Dan, great effort.

Where can I read the live updates?

Very well played dan, cruel suck and re-suck with the k on river.
-
Great run Dan.
Brammer is surely the next British star. He is racking up these deep finishes!
-
Where can I read the live updates?
No live updates around? The only pokerstars one I can find"s last post was nearly an hour ago ???

If that"s the case why wouldn"t he just open shove - J9 wouldn"t be calling him then. Unless you"re factoring in the SB. Interested to hear your POV. And well done on the back to back cashes.

I"m assuming that Brammer opened button, Dan was in sb so obv he"s not gonna open shove into a big blind who has him covered
-
one final factor is the hand was mis reported- this does happen as is the case with the AQ hand vs KK vs A3 I was involved in
-
Ah - tht Dan was BB. And yes many times hands are misreported.

Looks like he"s a bad need of a big score!
