Break 1 in the Warm Up ...
10k vs 12k Average ... could have been a lot better with trip 2"s ousted by 4 hearts to the flush ...
Very active first session ... with some cards might well get paid off ...

Trip 4s well paid
Before a KQ vs A6 short stack loss ...
Half of the massive (5341) field gone ... still a long way to go but three short stacks to prey on ...

Just under 21000 runners and rising ... so they have made the g"tee ... probably $5m prize fund on the cards ...

Deepstacks - OUT
hyper turbo sats for the mill - OUT
Cash for me I think...

Break 3
50k vs 40k Average ... lost the min when hitting two pairs versus the made set ...

Nice one if it is, I love a good gambool, that means you"re going to take it down ye know! (I"ll take 10% of you ;)) If I was at home i"d maybe take a stab at it with half my roll :D I"m only in work for a couple of hours though then it takes me 40 mins to get home so a 40 minute gap in play would certainly hinder any slight possibility of cashing i"d imagine ::)
-
Break 4 and the bubble has just burst ...
No cards but pre bubble three steals get through so a fair bit of repair done to the stack.
446th of 756 left ...
49k vs 71k Average ... blinds 1500/3000 (300) ... 3 short stacks on my table ... cue the carnage ...

Pretty Savage
JJ vs AQ vs 99 ... out in 385th for $427 ... sigh ... would have moved to 51st ... why do the 9s always win from there ... quads on the river ...
Though my conqueror has just lost flopping the lower set ... against the only other big stack on the table ...
Such is life ...

just hit the money in the quarter mill - currently 2058/5336 with 21k (avg 20k)
The Royal Flush earlier was nice, but irrelevant..... K8o and 87s were the big hands for me in this!! lol

6/18 in PLO MTT, 220+ runners but only final table paid.
Need to leave to catch bus home in around 20 mins though :-\
EDIT: Just lost a pot, down to 9th but push or fold now anyway. Think i"m going to have to leave either way
-
monster hand - aipf with JJ v KK v AK. A on flop, J on turn. up to 72k (avg 41k). 352/2569
-
Out in 15th, I couldnt play properly because to pre-occupied with having to leave so played stupid. Thought i"d be long out by now anwayay, was just passing time. Right i"ve got to run now!
-
even now relatively deep into the pay-zone, the standard of play in this tourney is awful.... probably dictated by the shove/fold nature of the short clock I guess.
Now 88k (avg 75k). 450/1453. real money starts at 12th, so a little way to go yet :)

sb vs bb, he made it 2.5bbs to go, he had 13k behind so I jammed for 9k pulling a move with 45 off ::) and he called for 3/4 of his stack with aj suited

BUGGGGEERRRRRR
moved tables, and in first 5 hands the big stack played 2 of them, and moved up to 1 mill stack.... i had 525k (blinds 10k/20k). Big stack raised on the button to my big blind - standard steal move? I had 33 and shoved..... of course he had AA. (diamond on the river would have been nice!)
feck it! 235/36306 for $156.11
thanks for railage guys.

UL steve, I was shouting "diamond, diamond, FFS DIAMOND!" at the screen :D

just noticed the 4m final table is still running. Can"t understand why they"re still playing though - three handed, and are all equi-stacked... an even three way chop would see them each get more than the second place payout - surely this is a standard chop!?
As I type that, two guys get it in - with a flopped straight v a flopped two pair which fills up on the turn.
-
whats that - going on 13 hours?
