Title: Sunday Million Apat Qualifiers
Post by: hi_am_chris on May 29, 2007, 23:00:01 PM
Any word on whether the weekly sats for apat members for the Sunday Million will still be going ahead at some point?

This now looks unlikely as we are approaching the end of the season.  We will look to have added value non ranking events in season two.

When these are introduced it might make sense to make the qualifiers for the warm-up rather than the million as it starts (and finishes) considerably earlier, which is obviously better for most people who have to work on Monday?

Although if I won either of them, I might be taking the Monday off anyway... ;D

Agree with Kinboshi on this, but it depends if the prize is just going to be a 215 dollar tourny ticket or whether you would have to enter the chosen event

With all other satellites on Stars, seat winners are entered directly into the target tourney... but you can then un-register and recieve T$ instead of cash, which you can then use to enter any tourney/s you like.

A valid point - so it doesn"t matter if it"s billed as a Million or Warm-up satellite - the winner can choose which one they enter anyway (or if they use them on other tourneys).
