The satellite ended and closed just after I"d got dealt AA in the sb but before the hand had started to be played.
I was quite disappointed not to have a chance of playing that hand - might have been fun :)
-
Hopefully i"ll remember to play this!! See you all there.

The winner of the event will receive a cash prize as per standard Betfair Poker payouts, and an entry to the next APAT Professional League Event to be held at The Vic, London on Saturday 17th April 2010.
Gotta be honest, nice prize, nice value, I would prefer to play the amateur league though..

Okay, I"ll swap with you if you win it, but remember that you"ll owe me a favour for the future.

Well on my way to bubbling both satellites tonight. Success already in the Omaha, coming 4th (3 seats) and now on a break from the Holdem, sitting 10/10 (9 seats).
-
Wriggley"s will be in touch - bubble boy
-
Christ, that was tough. Over half-an-hour to lose one player. Not me, somehow, though it easily could have been.

121 runners in the APAT UK Online Championships. Great value with a GUKPT up top aswell.
30 minutes until the PLO event starts.
Good luck everyone.
-
121 runners, but we"ve already lost a couple of players.
First one out tonight was Season 3 Online Rankings winner, Captain of the triumphant Walsall Poker Club, current APAT Irish National Champion and founder of the world reknowned Black Country Poker Club, Mr Brian "BoingBlitz" Yates.
Just goes to show, that sometimes, it"s just not your night. ;D
I see Brian is regged for the PLO at 9pm, let"s see if BOING68 can bounce back.

Well done again mate.

i won it!! do u get a medal for 1st in the omaha? and how does the seat that they add for the winner work??? do i have to unregister from $120 live event in london in order to play the £250 one that i won?
I would appreciate it if someone could explain this one to me
Andrew "Haggz" Macleod
-
Well done all and ty steve for your kind words!
Teach me to stick it in on a draw to go out 4th and run into top set which was quads on the turn leaving me with no sweat on the river !
congrats to medalists in both !

Andrew - mods will clarify but i think yes you get a medal and I believe the seat is valid for any Pro event in the APAT series so you could play the amateur at the Vic and play a Pro event later in the year altough I"m sure you could switch your Vic seat if you want to
Chris Peers (gomorrrahh) won the last one so if you send him a PM I"m sure he can advise
-
Well played John, I had a decision to make when you put your final 12k in against me with about 30 ish left, I think I had pocket 9, wish I"d a called now!! Ya still livin in Accy?
-
Hi Mike - I think you are mixing me up with John Miller, "RiverAsUsual".
Easily done, except I"m taller ;D

Hi Haggz, well played on FT and congrats on the win. U were the swine that denied me a consecutive medal! Haha. I don"t think I could have played my exit hand any differently, had the best of it going in but alas the draw, redraw that is omaha :)
As for the pro league seat, if u PM apat or chipacural on here they will advise you fully. As with me I left it too late 2reigster for pro seat as I had already bought in2 amateur event. If your wanting to play the pro, get in touch sooner and confirm your wish to play, then unregister for amateur event when your seat is approved with apat and betfair.
Wp again, look forward to a celebratory drink at the vic :p
