Wow get in! Gooooo on Gerard TID!
-
GLGLGLGL
-
Where did he finish? heard he was in top 3 but dont know anything after that.
-
He finished 3rd ...
I quote from the IrishPokerBoards Forum...
Sean completes the Sb, Gerard checks.
Flop of 8s6h5h
Sean bets 15k, Gerard calls.
Turn of Js.
Sean bets 45k, Gerard makes it 105k, Sean makes it 253k, Gerrard all in, Sean calls.
This all happened in a matter of seconds.
Sean 7h4h for the flopped straight and open ended straight flush draw.
Gerard Ts7s for the flopped open ender, and turned flush draw.
The river is the 2h for the unnecessary flush, and Sean continues to run so hot and now has 90% of the chips in play, and Gerrard Harraghy is our 3rd places finisher.
Live poker is rigged imo.
WP Gerard!

Thanks guys, still a bit gutted as I ran like god all weekend and was sure it was gonna be my 1 time :(
Don"t think there"s really too much I can do in the final hand, Sean was playing v aggro and trying to put lots of pressure on with his dominant chiplead so pretty sure he can just be making a move if he thinks I"ll just try to fold into HU
Ah well, there"s always next time ;D
-
Great effort Ger, just a matter of time.

Very well done Ger. Just ul in the end, but you"ll get that top spot in no time with the way you"re playing.
