Title: DTD Worlds - Betfair Seat Issues

Does anyone know how to get a seat switched from Day 1A to Day 1B for the DTD Worlds, as we only have the one computer at home and so as the wife and I both registered for the above event on it, we cannot go into the same Day 1.

This is rather inconvenient as we are having to travel a fair distance to play and do not want the additional time or expense of having to be there for both Day 1"s.

How can we swap the wife"s day 1 from Saturday to Sunday, without having to spend hours trying to make the Betfair Customer Service Unhelpful Line understand that we are not trying to collude in an online tournament, so us both being in the same tourney will not matter????? ???
