You may or may not know but APAT member, Andrew Barton won a seat at the WSOP Tournament of Champions invitational that has 27 of the worlds finest playing in a $1m freeroll.
Despite frantic negotiations with harrahs, it was not possible to change the date of this tourney and Andrew, who is riding high in the APAT national league rankings with the riding high (again...sigh) Walsall team, has had to make the difficult choice between WSOP glory and APAT national league glory and a possible seat in the GUKPT ToC event.
Sadly for Walsall he chose the WSOP and (despite a mini online sulk - hence the title) has been rewarded with a really soft first table as he attempts to take down the 500K first prize
I give you.....
Seat 1: Huck Seed
Seat 2: Phil Ivey
Seat 3: Jennifer Harman
Seat 4: Joe Cada
Seat 5: Erik Seidel
Seat 6: Chris Ferguson
Seat 7: John Juanda
Seat 8: Johnny Chan
Seat 9: Andrew Barton GOGOGOGOGOGOG!!!!

Early Pot For Barton

WSOP.com online qualifier Andrew Barton has picked up an early pot on Table 372. John Juanda opened the action with a raise to 300 in middle position and Barton called from the hijack. Phil Ivey made the call from the button and the blinds folded.
The flop came down and Juanda bet 800. Only Barton made the call, landing the on the turn. Juanda checked and Barton quickly fired 1,000 into the middle. Juanda gave it up and Barton took down the pot
