Game 3 of Nottingham"s bid to win successive promotions is at 8pm on Sunday 5th September on Betfair.
Duncan Hodgkins (duncan667)& Bal Powar (Shozboyx) led us to a spectacular victory and the coveted 3 points for the team. This took us to the top of the table with 5pts, followed by Leeds on 3pts and Luton & Sunderland on 2pts each.
Still, it"s early days. We started last season in a similar fashion and only managed to get promotion by the absolute narrowest of margins. So it"s important that as many play as possible - I know Sunderland, Luton & Leeds will attract big numbers.
Please, if you have poker-playing buddies, take the time to mention this to them and try to get them to play - NUMBERS MATTER!
Password is apatmember as usual. There are three games in the lobby - we are in Division 2 - make sure you register for the right tourney.

Just under 3 hours to go before tonight"s 3rd league game of the season. At the moment there are 41 entered made up of players from clubs in the following proportion.

We are top of the table at the moment, if we"re going to stay there we need more players to register to be able to compete on an equal footing with the likes of Luton & Sunderland.
So get registered and try to get your poker-playing mates signed up too.

I"m going to be missing this one too, I"m afraid, as I"m sitting at Minneapolis-St Paul airport waiting to board my flight to Denver. Now, if I was flying Delta (which I refuse to do on their reputation), it"d have in-flight wi-fi, so all I"d have to do would be sit-out from door closed until 10,000ft, but I"m not, so I can"t. Should be back in the UK for the next one, though, but probably asleep as I"ll have arrived back just that morning ::)

My hand, there"s a raise to 200 at the 40-80 level. I have 2000 ish. 3 callers. I wake up with AK in SB and shove over the 4 players expecting to pick up a big pot alot of the time. One of the callers calls with 77. Flop comes A77! Oh well. Good luck those left in. Will chk in on things later

I tried to log in to watch the end of the game, but it won"t let me log in. I then failed to answer the security question correctly, so my account got locked. I phoned up and they were able to reset that, but I still can"t login and then the chappie on support says "aha yes, some people have been having trouble logging into poker this evening".

Unless Luton players are out in the next two positions we"re playing for 2nd against the Leeds players Jacko & Mike9361. Sunderland have --100--miles. The rest are Luton.
Bear that lot in mind and play your game.
