HOW VERY GRACIOUS OF YOU OPENING A POKER TOURNAMENT TO EVERYONE

AT LEAST HE HASN"T BEEN QUIET ABOUT IT

HOW VERY GRACIOUS OF YOU OPENING A POKER TOURNAMENT TO EVERYONE
:D
-
Seeing as the majority of BCPC tournaments are for BCPC members i don"t see the issue with Brian making it clear that this one isn"t and is available for all players. Nothing to do with being "gracious", just letting people know. ::)
-
Are non BCPC members allowed to join the BCPC forum and post on it? ::)

We don"t currently have a forum so no, they can"t join or post on it but neither can BCPC members.
They can post on the APAT forum if they want.

Really? You surprise me. :o

If you got no sense of humour, you probably wouldn"t want to play anyway.
And this is our forum.

yup - and all the BCPC players are APAT players, although some only became APAT players because of BCPC.

What difference does it make?
All Brian did was post that we are having a poker tournament and that it"s open to all. He"d have posted that on here even if we did have our own forum. Not sure why that"s an issue?
Brian - in future can you be sure to put BCPC at the start of the title of anything related to the club. That way anyone who isn"t interested doesn"t have to read it. Oh hang on, they don"t have to anyway. Ah well, do it just in case.

Is this open season on BCPC ?
Based on previous comments, these are well run events, so this one should be no different.
If I find a space in my schedule, I might even add some value myself.
-
I would love to, but have to come up from London. Anyone else drive up?
-
Nothing gets the APAT Forum"s yapping quite like the letters B C P C
-
TY Leigh...the voice of reason....and we would love for you to give us some extra value ;)

yeah yeah Ian I know, gotta take advantage of those two days a year when your car comes into it"s own ;D ;)
-
I came in a 4wd last december, wouldnt have made it in a car all the way from Oswestry. took me 3 hrs to get there because the M6 was gridlocked.
After leaving around 3 am in -9 freezing conditions, my fuel cap had froze and my key snapped as i tried to turn it, so i had to borrow a hammer and chizel from the pub to smash it off becuase i didnt have enough diesel to get home. Managed to break the fuel cap and fill it up, but on the way home i skidded off the road and went through a hedge into a field. Wished i had stayed at home.

I don"t mind opening this to the rest of APAT, but let"s leave it at that, eh? Some idiot invited his brother-in-law last Christmas, and said BIL ended up taking all the money. ;D
To be fair once he got heads up he had an easy run as he was up against some clown called, erm, Tony Trippier?
-
Will.....you could write a feckin book about your exploits on the roads to and from BCPC !!

Been done for speeding twice, once by a box camera and once by patrol car, been done for no seat belt also. And also got pulled over once for driving to slow on M6. It was 4 am and i was falling asleep. ( to embarassed to tell people about that one)
Nothing beats smashing car through a hedge though, glad it wasnt mums car.
