ok this isn"t 888 but it is on a cassava skin. (Littlewoods)
The $2000 I won on Sunday I am not allowed to cash down.
According to Cassava because I have received a bonus I have to wager £2402 in order to download my winnings.
My total bonus given to me was £187. In my account I have £1113.
I tried to download £900 and left £213 in there which more than covers the bonus amount given to me.
The day I won the money, I loaded £50 on and then sat into the $100k for $8+juice.
I think that it is unfair that I am not allowed to download £900 from my account, I am not stealing their money, I am leaving it in. I didn"t win it from a slot machine I won it from other players, so the arguement that I used their money to win money from them and they need an opportunity to get it back doesn"t fly with me. I have never removed money from the site and I am currently a net depositor.
Don"t get me wrong, I do play the slot machines and I have lost a bit of my own money on there, in fact not so long ago the wagering requirements was £4000.
All I want is a portion of my winnings, I am more than happy to leave the bonus money on the account and wager it to clear the wager requirements or lose it all. I don"t think I am being unreasonable with this.
I"d also like to add that I didn"t deposit for the bonuses that were given, I didn"t even enter a bonus code, they were just applied to my account.

I completely agree guys, I cannot believe that JB would be playing on a Cassava skin and not playing on 888. I think legal advice is the correct way to go. ;D

I haven"t won as much but also haven"t deposited much. I have only deposited about £20 and got the same amount as bonuses in Dollars... My problem is that I have won about $700-$800 and they are telling me that I can only withdraw the same amount that I have deposited with them.. Why..?
Surely if I have won the money then I should be able to withdraw it, not have to play it down because I haven"t deposited enough... Doesn"t seem to make much sense to me... :-\

JB - I had an incling about this myself and would like to know the outcome please.
I may be in a similar spot but will let you know if I have problems when I try to cash out. Having read this I may test the water and see what happens.

Taken from their T&Cs under Bonus Policy:
Special Welcome Bonus Terms and Conditions
E. The Instant Bonus and any accumulated winnings may be cashed out only after an amount totaling no less than 20 times the bonus amount has been wagered.
I guess this is bad news for me. I deposited $400 and accessed the $100 instant bonus (An Instant Bonus equal to 25% of the first deposit made by a new player) up to $400 (I then withdrew the initial $400 deposit, having e-mailed them already to ensure they would allow this)
I have wagered $320 to date with $940 profit (340% ROI) and no I couldn"t resist a little brag. I guess I will only be eligible to withdraw from the account when I have wagered a total of $2k. So, it may be at about 12 months before I am eligible for a full withdrawal of the bonus and any accumulated winnings as I think it has taken 2 months to wager this much.

Fair play to them they have e-mailed me back after the initial to and fro
I can now withdraw £850. This is fine and I consider it resolved.
