I"m a bit surprised the speed with which Phil called for all his chips with just 9"s but have to say Devilfish took the beat really badly. He didn"t kick off Hellmuth stylee, he was downright rude to the dealer.
Did he say at the end that he wanted his money back when he said he was going?
He should play some $10 mtt"s to get used to it.
Also, was that Tony G commentating too?

Taken in isolation it looks like a complete overreaction by Dave, but in the context of he had consistently outplayed Helmuth at every turn, throughout the Premier League Series only to see Phil hit him with outdraw after outdraw it was perhaps understandable. Mind you the comments aimed at the dealer were out of line.
If you haven"t seen this series it is great viewing and sure to be an annual repeat with 16 of the worlds top players, playing in a round robin style league format it was great viewing, especially TonyG, PhilH and Devilfish.

It"s a shame as I"ve always liked him, but that"s two big blow up I"ve seen from him now. Definately expect better from a player of his caliber.

I was thinking he may have learned TILT from me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :-[

Quote from a regular cash player good friend of mine from the time Devilfish hawked his gold and jewellery round birminghams jewellery quarter.
