Team event sorted then

1 Edgworth

2 Ranch

3 Wellington

Individual prizes to play for

It would be ironic if Trippier won, as the trophy and medals did not turn up this weekend. Picture him as a winner with no medal. Would be good. Come on Tony!

Pretty amazing that 3 teams have 2 players left in the final 10. Good luck to John Lawson and Noe Purdie from The Ranch in Bristol :) Congrats on 2nd in the team event - one better than our team at the last APAT team event :)

Will be great if Noe can make a triumphant return following her year"s ban! The stuff of fairytales! :)

For reasons unknown a team has placed a cuddly toy bounty on the BCPC lads. Knock one out and get a stuffed chimp.

So a stuffed chimp for knocking out an unstuffed chimp then

Couldn"t be more chuffed for a winner than I was for Tony Trippier tonight, even if the b.....d did knock me out !!
To get acosted by a woman lacking underwear on the Saturday and then winning an APAT on the Sunday, I guess you could say he ran good all weekend  ;D.
Thanx to all my team-mates for their support, both those of you who were there and those railing on here and Facebook...the BCPC showed again this weekend what a good club we are.
Thanx to Debjani Duncan for helping us out at the last minute and to Brian Frew, Richard Baker and the APAT crew for their understanding of our predicament.
Thanx to Clive "The Man From Del-Monte" Padden for being the official BCPC photographer at this event and for staying right to the end to rail us, photos I am sure will soon appear on www.blackcountrypokerclub.org - due to go live at the end of this week.
 Here"s to the next one....

Just wanted to add my congratulations to Tony Trippier and to Edgeworth for taking the gold medals.

Many thanks to my team mates (and of course Debs !) for top railage, also much respect and appreciation to Leigh and Tighty for making these events happen.

A great effort by Team Pavilion, falling just short of a medal position. An absolutely top notch weekend.

Had the low down from the Hetton Mob tonight from the Blackpool experiance.

All thoughly enjoyed the weekend dispite being the 1st team out. On another day we would have been run away chipleaders if pop drinkers didnt hit their 1 outers  ::) but thats poker and the way we roll.
So thats 2 APAT games played, Out 2nd and out 1st  :-*
Looking forward to Luton, hopefully still get picked and to shove it up Luton in their own backyard (League game banter)
No bottles of vodka or 12 pints before sitting down to this game as them daft gets did at Blackpool.
The serious/boring pop drinker head is on.

Reckon your team needs to practise there drinking. I know how much the BCPC"s #1 drank over the weekend and he still managed to win it so it"s a poor excuse!  ;)
