Fiftruppling Hobnobs
« on: September 24, 2012, 10:46:55 AM »
I want to send out a big big and even bigger thank you to Phil  :-*

While we played the Knockout Online Cup (where my team reached Silver, just for the case someone does not know lol sry I am so proud of this medal, that I just can"t stop bragging, I just hope it comes soon  :) ) there was a conversation at my table with some guys talking bout fiftruppling. When I asked what this was I was told by Phil that fiftruppling is to double up with getting hobnobs. So please forgive me, but at first I found this sounds incredibly naughty  :-[  :D I still dared to ask what hobnobs are, and was very glad to find out they are biscuits  :D

So Phil said he would send me some, when I asked him if he could do me a favour and put something else in the package he said yes. So the poor Phil was sended to Tescos magazine area to get me hobby craft magazines, and he got me my crossstitching and knitting. I hope you did not get to weird looks.

And it all arrived today, perhaps it would been better they came earlier as I could have needed lot fiftruppling during the ECOAP where I did not good at all, but still they could not have come to a better moment.

I had a pretty tough day yesterday, as my dear neighbour who is my neighbour since 26 years was very seriously ill, and I spended yesterday 7 hours in hospital on her deathbed, still I went home and prayed for a miracle. This morning just 15 mins before the postman rang, my neighbours sister rang at my door to tell me that she has passed. So the moment was perfect, it cheered me up a lot.

So thanks very much Phil for three things, for sending them  :-* :-* for getting probably weird looks for buying crossstitcher and knitting, and for making them arrive at the right moment  :-* :-* :-* I owe you a lot, at least 3 guiness and of course you will get a very special selfbaked xmas cookies parcel  :-*

Gina you are most welcome, pleased they all got there in one piece and the timing was perfect.

The world would be a much happier place if everyone fifthruppled or at least had a hobnob or two a day.. you"ll have to tell me which ones are your favourite*  :D

Also big hugs for you and your neighbours family  :-*

* i looked all over for the following.. but had no joy.. if anyone spots one grab me 2 packs and theres a guinness style drink of your choice in it for you at the next APAT.
